Carl: It was okay.
Paul: Just okay? You were so excited about your trip last week.
Carl: To be honest, nothing was as good as I thought it would be.
Paul: Like what?
Carl: Well, the hotel didn't look anything like the pictures. Also, I thought I would have an ocean view room, but I couldn't see the ocean at all from my room.
Paul: How disappointing!
Carl: Also, I got sunburned on the first day, so I couldn't go swimming for the rest of the trip because it was too painful.
Paul: Well, at least you didn't have to work.
Carl: You're right. I need to look on the bright side. There were some nice things too.
