Kathy: I'm sorry to hear that. What's wrong?
Alice: I am having a really hard time at my job these days.
Kathy: How so?
Alice: I am working on three different projects, and there is just too much for me to handle.
Kathy: Can't you tell your boss?
Alice: I've talked to my boss about it, but he says there is nothing he can do. He told me that I need to find a way to get it all done.
Kathy: That's a tough situation. How about I buy you dinner this weekend to make you feel better?
Alice: That would be great. I could use a night out to relax.
